the necessity of amending Order No. 10,375 entered by the Court on the 12th day of December
1966 and it appearing to the Court that the amount of cash consideration tendered hea been
accepted by the parties concerned but that The Service Life Insurance Company hea delivered
the required partial release of the Vendor's Lien and Deed of Trust only on condition that
the entire cash conaiderat lon of $612.00 be paid to them and it further appearing to the
Court that the property owners concerned have eseeuted end delivered the required right-of-
way deed in concurrence with this pm posal, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee,
seconded by Commieaioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Order
No. 10,375 be amended eo ae to authorize the Clerk and the Treasurer to draw the therein
speoified voucher in the amount of $612.00 payable to The Service Life Insurance Company
