a total of $5,000.00 should be offered as oompeneat ion for land and damages, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Sallee, aeoonded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved
by the Court that the said Order No. 10,388 be amended so ae to increase the amount of cash
compensation offered the said E. C. Hubble, individually and as tru arse, to $5,000.00, with
the Clerk end the Treasurer being authorized to draw a voucher is this amount and ae set
forth in the said original order.

the necessity of amending Order No. 10,375 entered by the Court on the 12th day of December
1966 and it appearing to the Court that the amount of cash conai deration tendered has been
accepted by the pa rt iea concerned but that The Service Life Ineura nce Company has delivered
the required partial release of the Vendor's Lien and Deed of Trust only on condition that
the entire ceah conaiderat ion of $612.00 be paid to them and it further appearing to the
Court that the property owners concerned have ezeeuted end delivered the required right-of-
way deed in co ncurrenoe with this proposal, it La ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee,
seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Order
No. 10,377 be amended so ae to authorize the Clerk and the Treasurer to drew the therein
specified voucher in the amount of $612.00 payable to The Service Life Insurance Company
only.
