the required partial release of the Vendor's Lien and Deed of Trust only on Condit ioa that
the entire cash con eideration of $612.00 be paid to them and it further appearing to the
Court that the property owners concerned have ezeauted end delivered the required rigk:t-of-
way deed in concurrence with this pro po cal, it is ordered on motion by Commieaioner Sallee,
seconded by Commieaioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Order
No. 10,375 be amended so as to authorize the Clerk and the Treasurer to draw the therein
