of January 1967 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commiseionere' Court, with the following members present:

Pursuant to the order of the District Court of Kerr County, Texas, entered verbally
on the 6th day of January 1967, Clinton D. Burney has been deola red to have been elected
to the office o£ Cammia eioner o£ Precinct No. 2 of Kerr County, Texas, and further pur•euant
to said order, all the emoluments of the office that have accrued since January 1, 1967 are
declared to have vested in Clinton D. Burney upon his having qualified for office pure~~uant
to law.

County Judge Julius R. Naunhoffer approved the bond of Clinton D. Burney, Commis eii oner
Elect of Precinct No. 2 in open Court and administered the oath of office to Mr. Burney.

and Jury Punds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1047 thru 1049,
Voucher Nos. 17041 thru 17146 , which were made a part hereof and of Chia order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, ae conded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous-
ly approved by Lhe Court.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the var.ioua
reports of Deoember of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
havin8 been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Comais-
sioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted repo rte be accepted an
filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
