Schwethelm Adolph Bartel Roger Stone County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Commissioner Precinct 3 Commissioner Preoinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following pro ceedinge were had: o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o Pureuent to the order of the District Court of Kerr County, Texas, entered verbs l.ly on the 6th day of January 1967, Clinton D. Burney has been declared to have been elected to the office of Commissioner o£ Precinct No. 2 of Kerr County, Texas, and further pux•euant to said order, all the emoluments of the office that have accrued since January 1, 19E~7 are declared to have vented in Clinton D. Burney upon his having qualified for office pureiuant to law. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer approved the bond of Clinton D. Burney, Commiee~i one Elect o£ Precinct No. 2 in open Court and administered the oath of office to Mr. Burney.
