Commiseionere' Court, with the following members present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following pro ceedinge were had:

Pureuent to the order of the District Court of Kerr County, Texas, entered verbs l.ly
on the 6th day of January 1967, Clinton D. Burney has been declared to have been elected
to the office of Commissioner o£ Precinct No. 2 of Kerr County, Texas, and further pux•euant
to said order, all the emoluments of the office that have accrued since January 1, 19E~7 are
declared to have vented in Clinton D. Burney upon his having qualified for office pureiuant
to law.

County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer approved the bond of Clinton D. Burney, Commiee~i one
Elect o£ Precinct No. 2 in open Court and administered the oath of office to Mr. Burney.
N0. 10401 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the vari_oue
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respe of ive Commissioners Precincts since
the laetterm of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Noe. 1, 2, 3 and 4, F. M. 1340 R/W,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, General Road & Bridge, Permanent Improvement
and Jury Funds, ae shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1047 thru 1049,
Voucher Noe. 17041 thru 17146 , which were made a pert hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unan:imous-
ly approved by the Court.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the va r:tous
reports o£ Deoember of the County and Precinot 0£fi oars oY Kerr County, Texas and the acme
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that Bald reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted an
filed with the County Clerk £or future reference and subject to audit.
