Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her ofYioial capacity, to officers and perao na entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her bends for the period from June 30, 1966, leaving a balance of $1200.45 on deposit in Bald Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1966. It appearing to the Court that aeid report ie in due Yorm and should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commie sinner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10405 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 9th day of January 1967, at a Regular Term of the Commisaione re' Court, all members being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1967, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Tezas. And 1t appearing to the Court that Kerr County hoe a population of leas than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the la et Federal Census, ^ and that the inters ate of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1967. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Be rtel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis ae provided by law, for the year 1967. It ie further ordered by th Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and eend same to ' the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Au etin, Texas.
