On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterl
Report of ell monies and £eea collected by Emm1e M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses end other persona, remaining in her panda uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1966 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $1200.45.
Alao Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of 11275.10.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, eeoondad by Commissioner Sohwethelm, the Cour
unanimously approved said repo rte as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. ,*~.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the aemi-
aanual report of all receipts and disburaeme nts of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chae.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her offioial capacity, to officers and persona entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from June 30, 1966, leaving a balance of X1200.45 on deposit in
said Tru et Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report ie in due form and should be approved:
therefore, on motion by Commis eioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10405 OBDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS
On this the 9th day of January 1967, et a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
all members being present, there came on for oaneideration the matter of compensation of
the various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1967, as provided for in
I Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of leas than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, ^
', and that the inters eta of the County would be best served if the County Of Piciale of Kerr _
County are paid on a salary basis £or the year 1967.
'. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, ee conded by Commissioner Stone, and un-
', animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be
~ paid on a salary basis ea provided by law, for the year 1967. It is further ordered by th
Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to
the Comptroller of public Aocounte in Au et in, Texas.
