Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, oŁ colleotione and deposits and diabureements by her in her official ce pacity, to officers and persona entitled thereto, and amounts remaining 1n her hands for the period from June 30, 1966, leaving a balance of 31200.45 on deposit 1n ea id Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1966. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved: therefore, on motion by Commie stoner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10405 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 9th day of January 1967, at a Regular Term of the Commissions re' Court, ell members being present, there came on for ooneideration the matter of compensation of the various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1967, ea provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitant e, according to the lest Federal Cen sue, -~ and that the inters eta of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr "- County are paid on a Bala ry basis for the year 1967. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Off icicle of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, Por the year 1967.
