entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1966 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of 11200.45.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Feea, Judgments received and
'. collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of 11275.10.

therefore, an motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner 3chwethelm, the Cour

N0. 10404 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be eaamined by the Court the aeml-
annual report of all receipts and disburaeme nts of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chao.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her official capacity, to officers and persona entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from June 30, 1966, leaving a balance of 11200.45 on deposit 1n
said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report ie in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commis eioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10405 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY HASIS
On this the 9th day of January 1967, at a Regular Term of the Commiaeione re' Court,
all members being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of
the various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1967, as provided for in
~ Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Cen sue,
' and that the inters eta of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr
County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1967.
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis eioner Stone, and un-
animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be
paid on a salary basis as provided by law, Łor the year 1967. It ie further ordered by th
~.. Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a ce rt ifled copy of thin order end send same to
the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texee.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, at a Regular Term of the Commisaione re' Court,

provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texee. It appearing to the Court that

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and Treasurer
be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social Security Fund
from their respective funds:
Jury = 105.00
General $ 710.00
Hoad and Bridge $2,700.00
Officers Salary 54.825.00
Total (8,340.00

N0. 10408 ORDER FIXING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETZT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRI
COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT
On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
in the District Court of Kerr County and of Juro ra in the County Court of Kerr County as
required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons C1vi1 Statutes, Article 1056 0Ł the
Code oŁ Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and after
due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensation to be paid during the
year 1967 and until further orders of the court to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors and
Special Veniremen shall be fixed at 35.00 per day, including those summoned but excused,
provided however, that those County and District Court Petit Jurors and Grand Jurors
actually paneled and sworn, shall be paid $7.50 per day, with such compensation to be paid
out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be considered by the Court the day
and dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays for the year 1967, also that the
Courthouse shall be closed on those days, and the Court is of the opinion that the follow-
ing days end dates are and shall be declared ea legal holidays for the County:

of employing the firm oŁ Pressler, Thompson end Company to make audit of the books of the
County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, for the calendar year 1966.

Sohwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the above named firm be so employed.
