the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veni rumen

Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and after
due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commi sc:ioner
Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensation to be paid during the
year 1967 and until Yurther orders oY the court to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors E:nd
Special Veniremen shall be Fixed at $5.00 per day, including those summoned but excusad,
provided however, that those County and District Court petit Jurors and Grand Jurors
actually paneled and awo rn, shall be paid $7.50 per day, with such compensation to be paid
out oŁ the Jury Fund of Kerr County.
