COURT AND OF JIIRORS IN COUNTY COURT
. ~ On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be heard end considered by the Court
the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Venirumen
in the District Court of Kerr County and of Juro re in the County Court of Kerr County as ie
required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 0£ the
Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and after
due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensation to be paid durinf; the
year 1967 and until further orders of the court to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors e:nd
Special Veniremen shall be Fixed at 85.00 per day, including those summoned but excused,
provided however, that those County and District Court petit Jurors and Grand Jurors
actually paneled and sworn, shall be paid 87.50 per day, with such compensation to be paid
out of the Jury Fund o£ Kerr County.
