Article 2544, Yernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that each notioe shoal
be in compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any banking -
corporeticn, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the
County Funds, County end District Court Funds, and County Public School Funds of said
County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, end is
hereby directed to issue such notice oŁ publication in the official newspaper of Kerr Count
located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days befox+e the
Regular February Term, to comply with said Article 2544, Y.T.S.

On this the 9th day of January 1967. upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance ~
of Roy Bennett be extended for six months, through June, 1967.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Hertel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court une nimouely approved that Barry K. Fawcett be appointed
County Health Officer of Kerr County, Texea for a two year period.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, with Commissioners Burney, Bartel and Stone voting "AYS" and Commie
sinner Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the
