On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be conai dared by the Court the necessi
ty to make notice by publication for the County De poeitory for two ensuing years, ae per
Article 2544, Yernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice shoal
be in compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any banking
corporation, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the
County Funds, County and District Court Fundo, end County Public School Funds of ae id
County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Schwethelm, eeconded by
Commi eaioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and ie
hereby directed to issue such notice of publication in the offlcial newspaper of Kerr Count,
located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days before the
Regular February Term, to comply with aeld Article 2544, Y.T.S.

N0. 10412 ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF ALLOWANCE FOR ROY BENNETT
On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance ~
of Roy Bennett be extended for six months, through June, 1967.

N0. 10413 ORDER APPOINTING BARRY K. FAWCETT COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
On this Lhe 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that Barry R. Fawdett be appointed
County Health Officer of Kerr County, Taxes for a two year period.

N0. 10414 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR RIDS FOR FENCING MATERIALS FOR F. M. ROAD 689
On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, with Commissioners Burney, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Commis
sinner Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the
County Judge be authorized to advertise for bide for. f'encingmate ria le for F. M. Road 689.
Sealed bids will be received by the Commieaionera' Court of Kerr County, Taxes, until
10:00 o'clock A.M., January 27, 1967, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read.
Specif icationa are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County rase rues the right to reject any and all bide.
Notice to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County for two consecutive

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be author
ed to advertise for bide for construction of approximately 39,000 ft. of fencing for F. M.
Road 689.
Sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, until
10:00 o'clock q.M., January 27, 1967, at whic htime all bids will be publicly opened and
read.
Construction and terms to be as per apecificatione on file in the office of the County
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
