ty to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per
Article 2544, Vernon'e Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that each notice shoal
be in compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any banking
corporation, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the
County Funds, County and District Court Funds, and County Public School Funds oŁ said
County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Schwethelm, eeconded by
Commi saioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, end is

located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days before the

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

of Roy Bennett be extended for six months, through June, 1967.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commis sioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that Barry K. Fawoett be appointed
County Health Officer of Kerr County, Texas for a two year period.
