ty to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, ae per
Article 2544, Vernon's Texaa Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice shoul
be is compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any banking
corporation, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the
County Funds, County and District Court Funds, and County Public School Funds of said
County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is
hereby dlrected to issue such notice oŁ publication in the off iciel newspaper of Kerr Count
located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texaa, within twenty days before the
Regular February Term, to comply with said Article 2544, Y.T.S.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Ha rtel, seconded
by Commis aioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that Barry K. Fawoett be appointed
County Health Officer of Kerr County, Texas for a two year period.

sinner Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the
