On this the 9th day of January 1967, came on to be cones dared by the Court the neoeasi
ty to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing yeere, ae per
Article 2544, Yernon's Taxes Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that each notioe shoal
be in compliance with Article 2544 Y.T.S. to enter into a cont rest with any banking
corporation, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the
County Funds, County and District Court Funds, and County Public School Funds of said
County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, end ie
hereby directed to issue such notice of publiaatlon in the official newspaper of Kerr Count,
located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, wlthin twenty days before the
Regular February Term, to comply with said Article 2544, V.T.S.

N0. 10412 ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF ALLOWANCE FOR ROY BENNETT
On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance ~
of Roy Bennett be extended for six months, through June, 1967.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Be rtel, seconded

County Health Officer o£ Kerr County, Texas for a two year period.
