On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter oP comps neation to be paid Annie L. Nowlin, and R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel
Nowlin, Łor 7.187 acres of land, together with two ohannel easements comprising 0.301 acre
which land and channel easements are required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 68y;
and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, end unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Annie L. Nowlin, Individually and ea surviving
widow of Oscar Nowlin, Deceased, together with R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, the au.
of $1,078.05 for land and demagea Łor their conveyance to the State of Texea of 7.187 acre
of land out of Surveys 547, 1583 and 574, together with their granting of two channel ease
manta comprising 0.301 acres out of Surveys 1583 and 574; and in addition to the foregoing
cash consideration, Kerr County will relocate, where necessary, the existing pasture .road-
way through Yerde Pass and will conatru ct approximately 8,750 feet of new livestock Łencin
along the lines oP the right-of-way conveyed, which Fencing shall consist of heart cedar
po sta set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3
barb wires; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish as martiy ae two 12 foot metal ant pane
gates if requested;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the F. M. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way fund in the amount of $1087.05, payable to
~g~/ Annie L. Nowlin, R. B. Nowlin and Hazel Nowlin, the said voucher to be delivered upon

On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter oŁ compensation to be paid Donald S. Jenkins and wife, Elizabeth R. Jenkins, fo:
_ lend required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689: and after due consideration by the
court, it ie ordered on motion by Commis eioner Stone, eeaonded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby ofŁera to pay Donald S.
JenY,ins and wife, Elizabeth R. Jenkins, the sum of $250.00 for land end demagea for their
conveyance to the State of Texas of 1.563 acres of lend out of Survey 61, W. T. Crook; and
in addition to the Foregoing cash oonaideration, Kerr County will construct approximately
1,000 feet of new livestock Łenoing along the new right-of-way line, which fence will
consist of posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar et ays between and 832-12-12 1/2 net
wire and 3 barb wires; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish one 12 Foot metal ant ranc
gate to be located at a site acceptable to the owners and the Texas Highway Department;
and Further, Kerr County will reque st the Texas Highway Department to enter into a three
party agreement to reconvey to the said Donald 9. Jenkins and Elizabeth R. Jenkins such
portions of surplus right-of-way oŁ the Former route oŁ F. M. Road 689 es may be Pound to
be surplus to present needs in the proximity of the Turtle Creek orosaing, and, upon the
i ~ reconveyance of any such surplus right-of-way by the State of Texas, Kerr County will
construot a new fence to the same standards ae herein set out, along the right-oŁ-way line
concerned; and
