Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, Łor 7.187 acres of land, together with two ohannel easements comprising 0.301 acre which land and channel easements are required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 68y; and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, end unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Annie L. Nowlin, Individually and ea surviving widow of Oscar Nowlin, Deceased, together with R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, the au. of $1,078.05 for land and demagea Łor their conveyance to the State of Texea of 7.187 acre of land out of Surveys 547, 1583 and 574, together with their granting of two channel ease manta comprising 0.301 acres out of Surveys 1583 and 574; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will relocate, where necessary, the existing pasture .road- way through Yerde Pass and will conatru ct approximately 8,750 feet of new livestock Łencin along the lines oP the right-of-way conveyed, which Fencing shall consist of heart cedar po sta set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish as martiy ae two 12 foot metal ant pane gates if requested; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
