On this the 9th day oŁ January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter oP compensation to be paid Annie L. Nowlin, and R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel
Nowlin, for 7.187 acres of land, together with two ohannel easements comprising 0.301 acre
which land and channel easements are required for the reconatruetion oŁ F. M. Road 689;
and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Annie L. Nowlin, Individually and ae surviving
widow oP Oscar Nowlin, Deceased, together with R. B. Aowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, the su:
of $1,078.05 for land end damages for their conveyance to the State of Taxes oŁ 7.187 acre
of land out of Surveys 547, 1583 and 574, together with their granting of two channel ease
manta comprising 0.301 acres out of Surveys 1583 end 574; and in addition to the foregoing
cash consideration, Kerr County will relocate, where necessary, the existing pasture road-
way through Ye rde Pass and will construct approximately 8,750 Peet of new livestock Łenein
along the lines of the right-of-way conveyed, which fencing shall consist oŁ heart cedar
posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar at aye between and 832-12-12 1/2 neC wire with 3
barb wires; end in addition, Kerr County will furnish as merry ae two 12 foot metal ant;anc
gates iŁ requested;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the treasurer be authorized to drew a
voucher on the F. M. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way fund in the amount of $1087.05, payable to

a'~y/ receipt of their duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easements.

the matter of compensation to be paid Donald S. Jenkins and wife, Elizabeth H. Jenkins, fo:
land required for the reconet ruction of F. M. Road 689; and after due consideration by the
court, it ie ordered on motion by Commie aioner Stone, seconded by Commis eioner Schwethelm,
and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Donald S.
Jenkins and wife, Elizabeth H. Jenkins, the sum of $250.00 for land end damagee for their
conveyance to the State oŁ Texas oŁ 1.563 acres oŁ land out of Survey 61, W. T. Crook; and
in addition to the foregoing cash oonsideration, Kerr County will construct approximately
1,000 feet oŁ new livestock Łenoing along the new right-of-way line, which fence will
oonsi at of posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar et aye between and 832-12-12 1/2 net
wire and 3 barb wires; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish one 12 foot metal antranc
gate to be located at a site acceptable to the owners and the Texas Highway Department;
and further, Kerr County will reque at~the Texas Highway Department to enter into a three
party agreement to reconvey to the said Donald 9. Jenkins and Elizabeth H. Jenkins such
portions of surplus right-oP-way of the former route of F. M. Road 689 es may be found to
be surplus to present needs in the prazimity of the Turtle Creek oroseing, and, upon the
