On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter of compensation to be paid R. M. Montel and wife, Alice Montel, Łor land re quit
ed for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689 et Camp Yerde; and after due conaide ration by
the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney
and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay R. M. Montel
end wife, Alice Montel, the sum of $200.00 for lend end damages for their conveyance to th
State of Texas of 0.369 acres of land out of Survey 98; and in addition to the foregoing
cash consideration, Rerr County will construct approximately 1,000 Peet of new livestock
fencing along the new right-of-way line e, which fence will eonai st of 7 loot heart cedar
posts set 25 Peet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between end 35 inch net wire with one bar ^
wire below and 3 barb wires above, with all earner and end po ate set in concrete and set
with a brace poet with 2 inch pipe brace; and it is further ordered that the Clerk end the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way Fund in the
amount of $200.00, payable to R. M. Montel and Alice Montel, the said voucher to be delive -
ed upon receipt of their duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
