the matter of compensation to be paid R. M. Montel and wife, Alice Montel, for land requir
ed for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689 at Cemp Verde; and after due consideration by
the Court, it ie ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney
and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay R. M. Montel
end wife, Alice Montel, the sum of ;200.00 for lend and damages for their convey ance to th
State oŁ Texas of 0.369 acres of land out of Survey 98; and in addition to the foregoing
esah consideration, Kerr County will conet ruct approximately 1,000 Peet of new livestock
fencing along the new right-oŁ-way lines, which fence will consist of 7 foot heart ceder
po ats set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar et sys between and 35 inch net wire with one bar "`
wire below and 3 barb wires above, with all corner and end po ate set in concrete and set
with a brace poet with 2 inch pipe brace; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way Fund in the ~
amount of x200.00, payable to R. M. Montel and Alice Montel, the Bald voucher to be delive -
