and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay R. M. Montel
and wife, Alice Montel, the sum of $200.00 for land and damages for their oo nv ey ance to th
State of Texas of 0.369 acres of land out of Survey 98; and in addition to the foregoing

ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Ha rtel, and unanimously
approved by the court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Calvin W. Peereon and wife,
Florine Peereon, the cum o£ $5,000.00 for land and damages for their oonvey anoe to the
State o£ Texas of 4.027 acres of land out of Surveys 61, 109 and 547, together with their
granting of one ohannel easement oomprieing 0.172 acres out oY Survey 61, it being under-
stood that the said Calvin W. Pearson and Florine Peereon shall retaln title to one frame
residence, one butane tank, all pipes and plumbing, together with all assooiated appurten-
ances thereunto in anywise pertaining and also to all Pencing end other improvements of any
character situated on the land conveyed, provided that all improveme me shall be removed
