approved by the court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Calvin W. Pearson end wife,
Florins Pearson, the sum of $5,000.00 for land and damages for their conveyanoe to the
State of Texas of 4.027 acres of land out o£ Surveys 61, 109 and 547, together with their
granting of one ohannel easement comprising 0.172 scree out of Survey 61, it being under-
stood that the said Calvin W. Pearson and Florine Peeraon shall retain title to one frame
residence, one butane tank, ell pipes and plumbing, together with all associated appurten-
ances thereunto in anywise pertaining and also to ell fencing and other improvements of aqp
character situated on the land conveyed, provided that all improvements shall be removed
from the new right-of-way by March 1, 1967, it being the agreement of the parties that the
compensation herein offered shall be in full and final settlement of the costs of removing
and relocating the said improvements and for all damages resulting therefrom or from the
conveyance of the lands herein referred to; and in addition to the foregoing cash conaide re
tion, Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the new right-o£-way line,
which fence shell consist of heart cedar poste set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar at ays
between and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the F. M. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount o£ $5,000.00, payable to Calvin W.
Pearson and Florine Pearson, the said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of their duly
executed Hight-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement.
