N0. 10427 OFFER TO RALPH K. LANGLEY AND WIFE, TOMMIE JEAN LANGLEY, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
F.M. ROAD 689
On this the 9th day of Janus ry, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter of compensation to be paid Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jean Langley, for
1.833 acres of land out of Survey 1583, whioh land ie required for the reoonetruction of
F. M. Road 689; and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commie
sloner Schwethelm, seconded by Commieaioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the court
that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jean Langley, the
sum of 41,500.00 for land and damages for their oonvey anae to the State of Texas of 1.833
scree out of Survey 1883: and in addition to the foregoing cash coneiderat lon, Kerr County
will bulldoze a new pickup road through Verde Peas west of the new right-of-way line so ea

Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the right-o£-way line commencing at
the south aide of the entrance to the Langley residence and continuing south to the E. W.
