On this the 9th day of Janus ry 1967, upon motion by Commiaeioner Sohwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk end County
Treasurer be, and ere hereby direoted to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund Fund to the respective Commiasi one rs' Preolnet a:
Road and Bridge No. 1 ------- $1,700.00
Road and Bridge No. 2 ------- $ 850.00
Road and Bridge No. 3 '------- $ 850.00

On this the 9th day of Jenua ry 1967, upon motion made by Commiaeioner Bartel, second
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the Road and
Bridge Fund to the F. M. 689 No. 2 Fund.

Treasurer be, and are hereby direoted to transfer the cum of $5,000.00 from the F. M.
Lateral Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund.

N0. 10427 OFFER TO RALPH K. LANGLEY AND WIFE, TOMMIE JEAN LANGLEY, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
F.M. ROAD 689
On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter of compensation to be paid Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jean Langley, for
1.833 scree of land out of Survey 1583, whioh land ie required for the reoonetruotion of
F. M. Bond 689; and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commi
eioner Sohwethelm, seconded by Commissloner Burney, and unanimously approved by the court
that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jean Langley, the
sum of $1,500.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 1.833
acres out of Survey 1883; and in addition to the Forego ing cash conaiderat ion, Kerr County
will bulldoze a new pickup road through Verde Pass west of the new right-o£-way line eo as
~'~ to replace ae nearly as possible the existing pickup road through Ye rde Pasa and Further,
Kerr County will constru of a new livestock fence along the right-of-way line commencing at
the eouth aide of the entrance to the Langley residence and continuing south to the E. W.
