N0. 10423 APPORTIONMENT OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 9th day o£ January 1967, upon motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out of the General
8oad and Bridge Fund Fund to the respective Commissions re' Preoinet e:
Road and Bridge No. 1 ------- $1,700.00
Road and Bridge No. 2 ------- $ 850.00
Road and Bridge No. 3 '------- $ 850.00
Road and Bridge No. 4 ------- $1,600.00

N0. 10424 TRANSFER OF $~y,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FURD
On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissloner Bartel, second
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and Coun
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General
Fund to the 0££icers Salary Fund.

N0. 10425 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND TO F. M. 689 N0. 2 FUND
On this the 9th day o£ January 1967, upon motion made by Commisai over Bartel, second
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the Road and
Bridge Fund to the F. M. 689 No. 2 Fund.

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and Count
~'^ Treasurer be, and are hereby direoted to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the F. M.
Lateral Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund.

N0. 10427 OFFER TO RALPH K. LANGLEY AND WIFE, TOMMIE JEAN LANGLEY, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
F.M. ROAD 689
On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter of compensation to be paid Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jeen Langley, for
1.833 acres of lend out of Survey 1583, which lend is required for the reconstruction of
F. M. Road 689; and after due consideration by the court, it ie ordered on motion by Commi
sinner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the court
that Kerr County hereby o£fera to pay Rslph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jean Langley, the
sum of $1,300.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 1.833
acres out of Survey 1883; and in addition to the foregoing cash conaiderat ion, Kerr County
will bulldoze a new pickup road through Verde Pass west of the new right-o£-way line so as
to replace as nearly as possible the existing plckup road through Verde Pass and further,
Kerr County will covet ru ct a new livestock fence along the right-of-way line commencing at
the south side of the entrance to the Le ngley residence and continuing south to the E. W.
