by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund Fund to the respective Commissioners' Preoinot e:

Road and Bridge No. 2 ------- $ 850.00
Road and Bridge No. 3 ------- $ 850.00
Road and Bridge No. 4 ------- $1,600.00

On this the 9th day of January 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County

Lateral Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund.

N0. 10427 OFFER TO RALPH K. LAP GLEY AND WIFE, TOMMIE JEAN LANGLEY, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
F.M. ROAD 689
On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court
the matter of compensation to be paid Ralph K. Langley end wife, Tommle Jean Langley, for
1.833 acres of land out of Survey 1583, whioh lend is required for the reconstruction of
F. M. Road 689; and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commi
eioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, end unanimously approved by the court
that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jean Langley, the
sum o£ 31,500.00 for land and damages for their oonvey ance to the State of Texas of 1.833
acres out of Survey 1883; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County
will bulldoze a new pickup road through Verde Pass west of the new right-of-way line so ae
~! to replace ae nearly ae possible the existing pickup road through Verde Pass and further,
Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the right-of-way line commencing at
the south side of the entrance to the Langley residence and continuing south to the E. W.
