M. Lateral Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10427 OFFER TO RALPH K. LANGLEY AND WIFE, TOMMIE JEAN LANGLEY, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F.M. ROAD 689 On this the 9th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard sad considered by the court the matter of compensatlon to be paid Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommie Jean Langley, for 1.833 acres oŁ land out of Survey 1583, which land is required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689; and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Comm i. sinner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby off ere to pay Ralph K. Langley and wife, Tommle Jean Langley, the sum o2 $1,300.00 for land and damages for their conveyanoe to the State of Texas of 1.833 acres out of Survey 1883; and in addition to the foregoing cash conaiderat ion, Kerr County will bulldoze a new pickup road through Yerde Pass west of the new right-oŁ-way line so as ~! to replace as nearly as possible the existing plckup road through Verde Pasa and Further, Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the right-of-way line commencing at the south aide of the entrance to the Le ngl ey residence and contlnuing south to the E. W. Brown, Jr., property line, which fence shall consist of heart cedar poets eat 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires; and in addi- tion, one 12 foot metal entrance gate will be installed south of Verde Pase at a point acceptable to the property owners and the Texas Highway Department; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher '~ on the 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount oŁ $1,500.00 payable to Ralph K. Langley ~; and Tommie Jean Langley, Kerr County having been advised that J. W.
