on November 29, 1966, covering a portion of F. M. Road 689 from 5.6 miles Bout heast of State
Highway 16 to a point 6.0 miles south, to which reference is herewith made; and,
It ie further ordered that County Attorney Robert R. Barton be retained to inetltute
such condemnation proceedings and that he be authorized and directed to proceed forthwith
on behalf oŁ Kerr County, acting for and in the name of the State of Texas.

that the bid of Charles Schreiner Company for items of foreign wire and domestic steel gate
be accepted as the lowest and best bid for fencing material along F. M. Road 689, es per
specifications on file in the County Clerk's Office.
