M. ROAD 689 TO MRS. BENNETT (FRANCES) HEAP AND GEORGE ALFRED HEAP, PURSUANT TO THEIR AGREEMENT TO CONVEY NEW RIGHT-OF-WAY On this the 27th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court the necessity of implementing a proposed contract between the Texas Highway Department, Kerr County, and Mra. Bennett (Frances) Heap and George plf red Heap, whereby certain surplus right-of-way of Farm-to-Market Road 689 is to be conveyed by the State of Texas to Mra. Bennett (Frances) Heap and George Alfred Heap in exchange for their granting a right-of-way deed to the State of Texas as to 3.415 acres of land out of W. T. Crook Survey No. 61 and W. T. Crook Survey No. 62, which tract of land is particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" to said pro po aed contract; end, after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, end unanimous ly approved by the Court that Kerr County enter into the proposed contract and that the same be signed by the members o£ the court; and it ie further ordered by the court that the 6.409 - acres of land out of Surveys 61, W. T. Crook, and 62, W. T. Crook, as described in Exhibit ^B" to said contract will no longer be required for use ae a public road following the pro- posed reconet ruction o£ F. M.
