JENKINS, PURSUANT TO THEIR AGREEMENT TO CONVEY NEW RIGHT-OF-WAY On this the 27th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court the necessity of implementing a proposed contract between the Texas Highway Depart- ment, Kerr County, and Donald S. Jenkins and wife, Elizabeth R. Jenkins, whereby certain surplus right-of-way of Farm-to-Market Road 689 is to be conveyed by the State of Texas to Donald S. Jenkins and wife, Elizabeth R. Jenkins, as a portion of the consideration for their granting a right-oŁ-way deed to the State of Texas ea to 1.563 acres of land out '~ of W. T.
