THEIR AGREEMENT TO CONVEY NEW RIGHT-OF-WAY
On this the 27th day of January, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the
court the necessity of implementing a proposed contract between the Texas Highway Depart-
ment, Kerr County, and Donald S. Jenkins and wife, Elizabeth R. Jenkins, whereby certain
surplus right-of-way of Farm-to-Market Road 689 is to be conveyed by the State of Texas
to Donald S. Jenkins and wife, Elizabeth R. Jenkins, as a portion of the consideration for
their granting a right-oŁ-way deed to the State of Texas ea to 1.563 acres of land out
'~ of W. T. Crook Survey No. 61, which tract oŁ land is pa rtioularly described by metes and
bounds in Exhibit "p" to said proposed contract; and, after due consideration by the court,
it ie ordered on motion by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County enter into the proposed contract end
