M. Road 1340 to Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly, a corporation; and it appearing to the court that the portion of right-of-way concerned which conet it utes 0.90 acres of land, more or less, out of H. E. & W. T. R. R. Co. Survey No. 1655 is no longer required for use as a public roadway; and, It further appearing to the court tYat the said Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly has heretofore granted certain right-of-way to the State of Texas Łor the relocation of F.
