On this the 13th day of February 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the	various
reports of January of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and th	e same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and	correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by C	ommis-
sioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepte	d and
filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

Texas, convened in regular session, at the regular meeting place thereof in the Courthouse
at Kerrville, Texas, with the following members being present and in attendance, to-wit:

and among other proceedings had by said Commissioners' Court were the following:
The County Judge submitted to the Commissioners' Court the following order:
WHEREAS, pursuant to an election duly and regularly called and held on the 28th day of
January, 1967, with the results thereafter officially canvassed and determined as being in
favor of the proposition submitted, this Board became authorized and empowered to issue the
bonds of said District in the amount of $40,000 for school building purposes; and
WHEREAS, this Board now finds and determines that the proceeds of such bonds are now
needed to accomplish the voted purpose; therefore
^ BE IT ORDERED BY THE COMMISSIONERS' OOURT OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to the aforesaid election, the coupon bonds of said District,
