Moore to Victor H. Davis and wife, Ila Jean Davis, dated June 24, 1964, recorded in Volume
118, Page 472-473, Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas; said 0.360 acre parcel of land being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the south right-of-way line of existing
State Highway 39 with the northeast right-of-way line of State Highway 39 to be abandoned,
said point being in a southwesterly direction 253.0 feet from an existing northeast corner
of the Victor H. Davis, et ux property, and being further described as being 80.0 feet a~
right angles from Engineer's Station 2083+81.9 on the centerline of said existing State
Highway 39;
THENCE along the northeast right-of-way line of said highway to be abandoned as
follows:

Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimous-

ly approved by the Court that said officers be appointed for the year 1967, and made a
part hereof for all purposes.

County 't'reasurer be authorized to draw vouchers on F. M. 689 No. 2 R/W Fund for such partial
payments to Gabriel Mata upon presentation of written statement approving such payment,
approval to be evidenced by joint signatures of Precinct No. 2 Commissioner and the County
Judge, provided final payment shall be made only after acceptance by the Commissioners'
Court of work performed, and on specific order of said Court.

be rescinded due to the settlement reached between Kerr County and Calvin W. Pearson and

County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the
General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.
