N0. 10455 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECETPTS OF KERR COUNTY
Un this the 14th day of February 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the
Quarterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the
indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November
1, 1966 and ending January 31, 1967, and the same having been compared and examined by the
Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, said
report was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and
subject to audit.

N0. 10456 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 14th day of February 1967, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County
Treasurer of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1966 and
ending on the 31st day of January 1967, and the same having been examined and compared by
the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective
funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are
found correct as therein shown.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits
be made in the accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

COURT RECONVENED February 16, 1967 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., with all members present,
and the Court having duly opened, the following order was passed:
N0. 10457 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF R. N. WELSCH
On this the 16th day of February 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of R. N. Welsch,
in the amount of X350.00 for 1000 - 8' stays and 1000 - 5' stays, and the Clerk and
Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of X350.00 payable to R.
N. Welsch, payable out of F.M. 1340 R/W Fund and F. M. 689 ~2 R/W Fund.
