Schreiner Bank for all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds. Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the contracts for the next ensuing two years. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10464 ORDER SE'PTING FORTH AGREEMENT WITH THE KERRVILLE TELEPHONE COMPANY TO UTILIZE CITY-COUNTY RADIO TOWER FOR MOBILE TELEPHONE TRANSMISSION SERVICE On this the 13th day of March, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the court the request of the Kerrville Telephone Company to utilize the city-county radio tower located 4~0 on Highway 16 for its Mobile Telephone Service, the said proposed use to be in conjunction with the present users of said tower; and it appearing to the court that the said telephone "" company has heretofore made satisfactory agreements with the City of Kerrville and the Texas Department of Public Safety relevant to the utilization of the said tower, including an agreement whereby the said telephone company will provide maintenance for the said tower, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby accepts the proposed agreement of the Kerrville Telephone Company whereby the said telephone company s?:al,l allow a monthly credit of Eleven Dollars ($11.OOj - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - on the regular monthly telephone service billing of the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, which monthly credit allowance shall constitute compensation to Kerr County for the use of said tower; and it is further ordered that the said telephone company be authorized by Kerr County to proceed to utilize the said tower on the foregoing basis. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10465 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 10453 - AS TO TRANSFER OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE FOR MYRTLE TIPTON On this 13th day of March 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that Urder No. 10453 be amended to transfer the monthly grant of $50.00 to rlrs. A. C. Light for care and maintenance of Myrtle Tipton, effective as of March 1, 1967. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10466 ORDER EXERCISING KERR COUNTY'S OPTION TO PREPAY 1959 FL00D COiJTROL EMERGENCY REPAIR WARRANTS NOS. 57 - 64 INCLUSIVE On this the 13th day of Nlarch 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of exercising Kerr County's option to prepay certain of its 1959 Flood Control Repair Warrants, and it appearing to the Court that there are now on deposit in the Flood Control Maintenance Fund funds in excess of currently anticipated needs for other purposes and that a saving of interest could be effected by prepaying Warrants Nos. 57-64, inclusive scheduled to mature on Nov. 15, 1968 and it further appearing to the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, holder of the Warrants concerned, has agreed to accept Kerr County's letter notice in lieu of publication of notice in a newspaper and to accept payment of principal and accrued interest to April 15, 1967, as to the said warrants, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County exercise its option to prepay 1959 Flood Control Emergency Repair Warrants Nos. 57-64 inclusive, in the principal amount of $4,000.00 as of April 15, 1967 and pay the sum of $83.33 accrued interest thereon as of that date and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $4083.33 on the Flood Control Maintenance Fund payable to the Chas. Schreiner Bank and deliver the same as of April 15, 1967. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10467 APPOHTIONMEPIT OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND On this the 13th day of March 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, ^ seconded by Commissioner Bartel, Lhe Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out of the General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts
