Schreiner Bank, holder of the Warrants concerned, has agreed to accept Kerr County's letter notice in lieu of publication of notice in a newspaper and to accept payment of principal and accrued interest to April 15, 1967, as to the said warrants, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County exercise its option to prepay 1959 Flood Control Emergency Repair Warrants Nos. 57-64 inclusive, in the principal amount of $4,000.00 as of April 15, 1967 and pay the sum of $83.33 accrued interest thereon as of that date and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $4083.33 on the Flood Control Maintenance Fund payable to the Chas.
