Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March, 1967 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund i.n the amount of $1677.10. ~~ Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $1275.10. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court ~~~ unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10478 ORDER ACCEPTING FENCING CONSTRUCTED BY GABRIEL MATA ALONG F. M. ROAD 689 AND ORDERING PAYMENT FOR SAME On this the 10th day of April, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acceptance of the fencing constructed along the right-of-way of F. NS. Road 689 by Gabriel Mata pursuant to his bid as accepted by Kerr County as is set forth in Commissioners Court Order No. 10,433 recorded in Vol. M, Page 442 of the Minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the court that the said Gabriel Mata has completed all contract fencing satisfactorily and according to specifications; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the aforesaid fencing final and that fence payment therefor be made in the amount of $687.43 as is set forth in Appendix "A" of this order; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 68y No. 2 ROW Fund in the amount of $687.43, payable to Gabriel Mata. SCHREINER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 10th day of April 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds which have heretofore been approved by the Court pursuant to Urder No. 10463, entered on the 13th day of March 1967, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas Education Agency, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County for a two year period, for the purpose of being the depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds, and it is further Ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk deliver all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the Order to the said
