On this the 10th day of April 1967, came on to be examined by the Court Certificate
of Cancellation, Certificate No. 20376, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Tax
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out
in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and sufficient, it is
therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the
County Judge.

On this the 10th day of April 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $2,000.00 from the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the F. M. 689 No. 2 R/W Fund.

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $1,000.00 from the F/M Lateral
Road Fund to the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund.

consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, that it is the intention
of the Commissioners' Court to consider the proposed salary increase at the regular May Term
1967, namely, May 8, 1967, for the following elected official:

County Attorney from $5,200.00 to 37,200.00 per annum.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 10th day of April 1967, came on to be considered by thevourt the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Scheol 'trustee Election held on April 1,
1967, which included:
Center Point Independent School District
Hunt Independent School District
Ingram Common School District No. 2
Divide Common School District No. 12
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Page 68 , Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner

ft, for R~,B Prec. 3, and the Clerk and 'Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher

Home northeast from State Highway 27 to Interstate Highway 10; and,
It appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interest of Kerr County to
execute the proposed agreement as sub-a9tted on Texas Highway Form D-15-38.
