On this the 10th day of April 1967, carne on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School 't'rustee Election held on April 1,
1967, which included:
Center Point Independent School District
Hunt Independent School District
Ingram Common School District No. 2
Divide Common School District No. 12
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns oŁ the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Page 68 , Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Stone and unanimously approved by the Court.

On this the 18th day of April 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Bill Brown in the amount
of 56276.60 for 1073 ft. of pipe ~ 20~ per ft. for R&B Prec. 2 and 310 ft. of pipe @ 20˘ per
ft, for R~,B Prec. 3, and the Clerk and 't'reasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher
in the amount of :276.60 payable to Bi11 Brown ( the amount of X214.60 out of R&B 2 Fund
and $62.00 out of R&B 3 Fund).

the matter of entering into a contractual agreement with the Texas Highway Department
for the procurement of right-of-way for the extension of State Highway No. 41 at Mountain
Home northeast from State Highway 27 to Interstate Highway 10; and,
It appearing to the Court that it woald be in the best interest of Kerr County to
execute the proposed agreement as submi ted on Texas Highway Form D-15-3~s.
