On this the 10th day of April 1967, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School 'T'rustee Election held on April 1,
1967, which included:
Center Point Independent School District
Hunt Independent School District
Ingram Common School District No. 2
Divide Common School District No. 12
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Page 68 , Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Stone and unanimously approved by the Court.

by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Bill Brown in the amount
of Sb276.60 for 1073 ft. of pipe C~ 20˘ per ft. for R&B Prec. 2 and 310 ft. of pipe C~? 20˘ per
ft. for RxB Prec. 3, and the Clerk and 'Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher
in the amount of X276.60 payable to Bill Brown ( the amount of X214.60 out of R~iB 2 Fund

On this the 18th day of April, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of entering into a contractual agreement with the Texas Highway Department
for the procurement of right-of-way for the extension of State Highway No. 41 at Mountain
Home northeast from State Highway 27 to Interstate Highway 10; and,
It appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interest of Kerr County to
execute the proposed agreement as subm9.tted on Texas Highway Form D-15-38.

It is ordered on motion by Cot:unissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and
~"" unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners Court execute the submitted copies
of the said Form D-15-38; and
It is further ordered that Kerr County Agrees to waive its right of appraisal to
determine right-of-way values and agrees to accept the appraisals thereof made by the
Texas Highway Department; and,
It is further ordered that the County Judge of Kerr County be and is hereby a'thorized
to execute any additional agreements on behalf of Kerr County with the Texas Highway
Department as may be necessary to accomplish the procurement of the necessary right-of-way,
including agreements for the relocation of utilities.
