COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION April 19, 1967 at 10:45 o'clock A.M., with the
following officers present:
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and
unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners Court execute the submitted copies
of the said Form D-15-38; and
It is further ordered that Kerr County Agrees to waive its right of appraisal to
determine right-of-way values and agrees to accept the appraisals thereof made by the
Texas Highway Department; and,
It is further ordered that the County Judge of Kerr County be and is hereby authorized
to execute any additional agreements on behalf of Kerr County with the Texas Righway
Department as may be necessary to accomplish the procurement of the necessary right-of-way,
including agreements for the relocation of utilities.

On this the 19th day of April 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Gabriel Mata in the
amount of $465.40 for extra work on fencing for F.M. 689 and the Clerk and 'Preasurer are
hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of X465.40, payable to Gabriel :-Zata,
payable out of the F. M. 689 {~2 R/W Fund.

by authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of :284.00, payable to R. N. Welsch, payable
out of the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund.
