On this the 8th day of May 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real to
use the Agriculture Exhibition Building June 8, 'y and 10, 1967 for an annual L-jmb Sale, at
a cost of $25.00 per day, plus janitorial fees.

N0. 10500 ORDER AUTiTORI7ING INVES'i'NIENT OF COUNTY PERMAPdEDIT SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 8th day of May, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
tY_e matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County
Permanent School Fund; and it appearing to the Court that said funds in the amount of
$1,100.00 should be invested as required by law and that the amount presently available
could be invested advantageously in Baird Independent School District Bonds, it is ordered
on rno+.ion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court teat the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest all presently uninvested
funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, as nearly as
practicable, in Baird Independent School District Bonds, in the amount of $1,000.00 par
value, due June 15, 1981, doing so at the Bank's discretion, whenever such bonds can be
purchased at par or below.

On this the 8th day of May 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved teat the County
Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of X5,000.00
