FOR LAMB SALE JUDTE 8, 9 and 10, 1967
On this the bth day of May 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the re;1uest of Aime Frank Real to
use the Agriculture Exhibition Building June &, y and 10, 1967 for an annual Limb Sale, at
a cost of ~25.OG per day, plus janitorial fees.

On this the 8th day of May, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County
Permanent School Fund; and it appearing to the Court that said funds in the amount of
:1,100.00 should be invested as required by law and that tl^,e amount presently available
could be invested advantageously in Baird Independent School District Bonds, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court tYiat the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to ir_vest all presently uninvested
funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, as nearly as
practicable, in Baird Independent School District Bonds, in the amount of :1,000.00 par
value, due June 15, 1981, doing so at the Bank's discretion, whenever such bonds can be
purchased at par or below.
