On this the 8th day of May lyEi7, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real to
use the Agriculture Exhibition Building June 8, ~ and 10, 1y67 for an annual Lamb Sale, at
a cost of $25.00 per day, plus janitorial. fees.

N0. 10500 ORDER AUTi?ORI7ING INVES'1'I~TEN`P OF COUNTY PERMANENT SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 8th day of May, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County
Fermanent School. Fund; and it appearing to tree Court that said funds in the amount of
:1,100.00 should be invested as required by law and that the amount presently available
could be invested advantageously in Baird Independent School District Bonds, it is ordered
en motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest all presently uninvested
funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Fermanent School Fund, as nearly as "'
practicable, in Baird Independent School District Bonds, in the amount of $1,000.00 par
value, due June 15, 1981, doing so at the Bank's discretion, whenever such bonds can be
purchased at par or below.

Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of 35,000.00 ....
out of the General Road and Bridge Fund tc the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
