On this the 8th day of May 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real to
use the Agriculture Exrribition Building June 8, y and 10, 1967 for an annual Lamb Sale, at
a cost of X25.00 per day, plus janitorial fees.

D?0. 10500 ORDER AUTt?ORIZING INVES'1'I+IEIQT OF COUN`1'Y PERIvTANr:DTT SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 8th day of May, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County
Permanent School. Fund; and it appearing to the Court that said funds in the amount of
x61,100.00 should be rove..^,ted as required by law and tY.at the amount presently available
could be invested advantageously in Baird Independent School District Bonds, it is ordered
en motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest all presently uninvested
funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, as nearly as
practicable, in Baird Independent School District Bonds, ir. the amount of X1,000.00 par
value, due June 15, 1981, doing so at the Bank's discretion, whenever such bonds can be
purchased at par or below.
