On this the 8th day of May 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real to
use the Agriculture Exhibition Building June 8, y and 10, 1867 for an annual Lamb Sale, at
a cost of 325.00 per day, plus janitorial fees.

D?0. 10500 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVF.S'1'I~?EN`1' OF COUNTY PERMANENT SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 8th day of May, 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County
Permanent School Fund; and it appearing to the Court that said funds in the amount of
:1,100.00 should be invested as required by law and that t're amount presently available
could be invested advantageously in Baird Independent School District Bonds, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest all presently uninvested
funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, as nearly as
practicable, in Baird Independent School District Bonds, in the amount of 31,000.00 par
value, due June 15, 1981, doing so at tY:e Bank's discretion, whenever such bonds can be
purchased at par or below.

Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1967 and
ending April 30, 1967, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, said
report was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and
subject to audit.

N0. 10505 APPROVAL OF CUARTk:RLY REPOH'1' OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of May 1967, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1967 and ending on the
30th day of April 1967, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received

for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part tl-iereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
I'I' IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made
in the accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this order.

Texas, was duly established and boundaries defined in its present form by order of the
County Board of School Trustees of Kerr County, Texas, adopted on the 21st day of August,
1y52, which said order appears of record in Book 1, page 280 et seq., of the Minutes of
said Board.
