Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1967 and
ending April 30, 1967, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, said
report was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and
subject to audit.

On this the 9th day of May 1967, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the ;quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1967 and ending on the
30th day of April 1y67, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct. '
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received

for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out oŁ the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
I'1' IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Cleric of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
record binder provided for the Minutes of County r'inances, and that proper credits be made
in the accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

TO THE HOPIORABLE COUNTY JUDGE OF KERR COUNTY TEXAS:
VJE, THE UNDERSIGNED PETITIONERS, respectfully represent:
1. That we are resident qualified voters of KERR COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2
(ZNGRAM) of Kerr County, Texas.
2. That the said KERR COUNTY COMI+ION SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2 (INGRAM) of Kerr County,
Texas, was duly established and boundaries defined in its present form by order of the
County Board of School Trustees of Kerr County, Texas, adopted on the 21st day of August,
1y52, which said order appears of record in Book 1, page 280 et seq., of the Dlinutes of
said Board.
~" 3. That the said Y:ERR COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (IP7GR41~1) of Kerr County,
Texas, contains more than seven hundred (7UG) inhabitants, to-wit: about twenty-one
hundred (2106) inhabitants, who are actual residents therein, but such district does not
include within its bounds any town or village whichYss assumed control of the public free
schools within its limits.
