On this the 19th day of May 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Virgil Merrell Third
Addition, being a Subdivision of a portion of Block 7 of Virgil Merrell 1st Addition and
being a total of 8.15 acres of land out of Survey #115, Thos. Hand.

ORDER OF COUNTY JUDGE OF KERR COUNTY, TE%A S, CANVASSING RETURNS AND DECLARING
RESULTS OF ELECTION FOR SCHOOL INCORPORATION AND FOR SEVEN TRUSTEES HELD IN
^ KERR COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRAM) OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS

COUNTY OF KERR ~
WHEREAS, pursuant to an order of the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, duly made
and entered on the 9th day of May, 1967, an election was held in the KERR COUNTY COMMON
SCHOOL DISTRICT NO 2 (INGRAM) of Kerr County, Texas, for the purpose of determining
whether or not the said District shall be incorporated for free school purposes only, and
to be known as "INGRAM INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT" of Kerr County, Texas, and also for
the purpose of electing a Board of Trustees for said District, to consist of seven (7)
members, as provided by statute; and
WHEREAS, the officers holding the said election made returns of the result thereof
to the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, as of the 29th day of May, 1967, in accordance
with said election order made and entered as aforesaid; and
,.., IT APPEARING from said returns, duly and legally made, that in respect of the pro-
position of whether or not the KERR COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRAM) of Kerr
County, Texas, shall be incorporated for free school purposes only, and to be known as
"ZNGRAM INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT", of Kerr County, Texas, there were cast at said
election 391 votes, of which number 314 votes were east "FOR THE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICT", and 31 votes were cast "AGAINST '1'HE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT"; and
IT FURTHER APPEARING from said returns, duly and legally made, that in respect of the
election of a Board of Trustees there were cast 391 votes of which number there were cast--
