NEUNHOFFER, in my official capacity as County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, DO HEREBY FIND, DECLARE AND ORDER: SECTION 1: That the proposition of whether or not KERB COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRAM) of Rerr County, Texas, shall be incorporated for free school purposes only and to be known as "INGRAM INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT"' of Kerr County, Texas, waa sustain- ed by a majority of the qualified voters who are residents of said KERB COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRAM) of Kerr County, Texas, voting at said election and that, accordingly, said school district is hereby incorporated for free school purposes only, to be known as INGRAM INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT of Kerr County, Texas, and same shall hereafter be regarded as duly incorporated for free school purposes only and shall have and is hereby vested with all the rights, powers and privileges conferred and imposed by the General Lawa of this State upon independent school districts, and said Independent School District shall upon notice to the State Superintendent of Education, be entitled to receive its share of the available school fund to which it is entitled as provided by the laws of this State. SECTION 2: IT IS HEREBY FUR' received the seven greatest number of Trustee, respectively, for said James Whelan, Jr James Kott L. R. Rodgers PHER ORDERED that the following seven persons, having of votes cast at the aforesaid election for the office District, to-wit: Houston Schumacher, Jr. W. C. Beard Temple Henderson Billy Lee are the duly elected members of the Board of Trustees of INGRAM INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DIS'PRICT of Kerr County, Texas, and are entitled to the issuance of my certificate of election, whereupon, and upon the taking of the oath of office, as provided in the Constitution of this State, by each of such Trustees, they shall, respectively, be deemed to have fully qualified and shall immediately enter upon the discharge of their respective duties. SECTION 3: IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that when each of the seven trustees hsa so qualified as herein provided, they shall, respectively, file their oaths of office with the County Judge, and proceed with the organization of the Board of Trustees, by electing one of their number as President of the Board of Trustees, electing a Secretary of such Board of Trustees, who may or may not be a member of such Board, and by election of a Treasurer and an Assessor and Collector of Taxes, and such other officers and committees as shall be deemed necessary by said Board. SECTION 4: IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that each of the seven trustees who were elected at such incorporation election shall hold office until the next regular trustee election, to be held on the first Saturday in April next succeeding and until their re- spective successors have been duly elected and qualified, at which time seven trustees shall be elected for said Independent School District, whose respective terms of office shall be determined in the following manner and by the following method: Such trustees shall draw by lot, and those trustees drawing the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall serve one year for the term of office ending with the next regular trustee election on the first Saturday in April of the following year and until their respective successors have been "" duly elected and qualified. And those trustees drawing the numbers 5, 6 and 7 shall serve for two years for the term of office ending with the next regular Trustee election on the first Saturday in April of the second year following their election. SECTION 5: AND IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that said Board of Trustees shall have and exercise and are hereby vested with all the right9, powers, privileges and duties conferred and imposed upon the trustees and boards of trustees of independent school districts by the General Lawa of this State. SECTION 6: The above order shall be entered upon the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to record a certified copy hereof in the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas. The above order is made and entered in accordance with the General Lawa of the State of Texas thereunto appertaining, and particularly Articles 2757 and 2758 of Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes.
