COUNTY OF KERR ~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 12th
day of June 1967 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present:

N0. 10507 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of June 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral 2 and 4,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, F. M. 1340 R/W and F. M. 689 #2 R/W
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1081 thru 1085 , Voucher
Nos. 18140 thru 18279 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10508 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY .AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 12th day of June 1967, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of May of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10509 PROVISIONS OF ORDER N0. 10236 EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR
On this the 12th day of June 1967, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Burney, with Commissioners Burney, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote that the provi-
sions of Order No. 10236 be extended for an additional period of one year, commencing June
